Matt joined Brentwood in 2002 as Managing Director - Finance & Operations.
Matt directs the Firm’s financial and operational functions. He also manages
portfolio-wide programs such as corporate governance and insurance.

|
Prior to joining Brentwood, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer for
companies in the finance, technology, and media industries. He also has served
as a financial consultant and was a Manager with Price Waterhouse (now
PricewaterhouseCoopers). He graduated with honors from the University of
Southern California, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business
administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
