Managing Director - Capital Markets
Toros joined Brentwood in 2004 and leads the firm’s Capital Markets effort, including structured investment opportunities and debt financing needs across the portfolio. He serves as a Director of Watermill Express and is also active in the corporate development efforts of Boston Proper, Excelligence Learning Corp., KeyMe and The Great Courses. Toros was also active in the corporate development efforts and sale of Array Marketing Group, Chamilia, Filson Holdings, Paper Source, Sundance Holding Company and Wiland.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Toros worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance in a wide variety of industries. He graduated cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business economics.
