Alan joined Brentwood in 2022 and is currently active in the corporate development efforts of Excelligence Learning Corporation, Far West Services, L-Nutra, and Chicken Salad Chick.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Alan worked at Caltius Structured Capital where he focused on structured debt and equity investing and portfolio company management across a variety of industries. Alan also previously spent three years at Endeavour Capital, where he focused on private equity investing and portfolio company management across the food and consumer, specialty retail, healthcare, and business services industries, and two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance in the consumer and retail industry. Alan received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, in 2012 and an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2019.
