Jonathan joined Brentwood in December 2018. Presently he serves in a product leadership capacity throughout Brentwood’s portfolio of technology businesses and serves as Director of Service Management Group. With over 20 years as a seasoned executive product operator, his product strategy and go-to-market experiences cover a diverse range of enterprise and consumer technology businesses ranging from $15M – $500M.
Prior to Brentwood, Jonathan spent 15+ years within the Trilogy family of companies as an executive product operator. Most recently, he was the Chief Product Officer of the largest Trilogy operating entity, Aurea. While at Aurea, he oversaw a product portfolio that included 30+ enterprise software products serving the global 1000 and led the product strategy, technical sales and product marketing teams. In addition to his time within the Trilogy family of companies, Jonathan served for 6 years as the CEO of Thinktiv, an early stage venture firm, and spent 2 years as the Chief Product Officer of B-Side Entertainment, a venture backed media analytics company.
Members of the Operations Group are non-investment professionals or independent contractors employed or retained to provide operational diligence services for prospective and consummated investments and post-closing operational initiatives for portfolio companies. Operations Group members are either employees of BPE Growth & Operations, LLC, an affiliate of Brentwood Private Equity, LLC, or independent contractors.
