Katherine joined Brentwood in 2019. Presently, Katherine serves as the Director of Pacifica and is active in the corporate developments of Hims & Hers and L-Nutra, as well as the business development efforts in Beauty & Wellness. Katherine has over 20 years of experience in Beauty & Wellness and has held various roles on both the operating and investing side. Katherine recently served as a Board Advisor to Credo Beauty, Board Director for Devacurl, and Board Advisor to W3LL People.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Katherine worked as an Industry Advisor to Ares Management and NextWorld Evergreen on private equity investing and portfolio company management for beauty. Katherine also previously worked at MacAndrews & Forbes where she focused on Strategy & Business Development for Revlon, and spent several years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Consumer Products & Retail industries.
Katherine received a bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard College, magna cum laude, in 1997 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2002.
