Executive Assistant
Naomi Fulcher joined Brentwood in April 2023 and serves as an Executive Assistant.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Naomi built a diverse career across investment management, consulting, healthcare, and operations leadership. She began her career in operations management, helping startup organizations build and lead high-performing teams, develop strategic frameworks, establish new departments, and manage day-to-day business operations.
She later partnered with senior leaders at organizations including Empyrean Capital Partners, Causeway Capital Management, and MP Business Adviser, where she led administrative and operational functions, managed cross-functional teams, oversaw office operations and human resources processes, and coordinated firmwide initiatives and events.
Naomi earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership from Bellevue University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Management. She also holds an Associate Coaching Credential from the International Coaching Federation..
